Japanese frontier technology system - taking
(maritime) military technology as a representative case study

This report analyzes the overall operational modes of Japan's major projects on leading military technology, and introduces the executing institutions and the basic mechanism through which Japan advances its frontier military technology and defense industry. The report also did an overview of Japan’s overall planning for its frontier maritime military technology and relevant measures in the near future. Last but not least, it taking (maritime) military technology as a representative case, the study provides a preliminary evaluation and assessment  on the country’s frontier technology system.
