Interpretation of German Maritime Agenda Series

2017.11.17

In March 2017, the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy issued the " Maritime Agenda 2025:The future of Germany as a maritime industry hub " (hereinafter referred to as the "Agenda"). The Agenda states the overall situation of marine affairs in Germany, and provides future plan including marine management, industry and security. Hence, the Grandview Institution put forward a series of reports to interpret the Agenda from marine power strategy, government management mechanism, industry 4.0, big data technology, and international standards. Furthermore, the reports combine with the ocean affairs’ plan raised in Nineteenth National Congress’, and provide suggestions for China's marine management and industrial development.
