[Introduction]
Mr. Ormon Ulu Iskander (Искендер Ормон уулу), an expert on anti-terrorism issues in Kyrgyzstan, was invited to China to have an academic discussion with domestic scholars.
Mr. Iskander introduced the anti-terrorism situation facing Kyrgyzstan from both the Ferghana Valley and the Islamic State (ISIS), and stated that the terrorist situation in Kyrgyzstan was maliciously rendered. At the same time, he introduces the experiences of Kyrgyzstan in anti-terrorism and eradication of extremism, as well as Kyrgyzstan's countermeasure on terrorism – force suppression, educational means and religious management strengthening. He expected that China and Kyrgyzstan could work in close collaboration on anti-terrorism security and the Belt and Road fields.
