GVI Representatives Dine with Indian Ambassador to China

On August 11, 2026, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Vikram K. Doraiswami, Ambassador of India to China, a delegation from Grandview Institution (GVI) held a working lunch with the Ambassador. The two sides exchanged views on China-India relations, border differences management, and bilateral economic and trade cooperation.

Attending the lunch from GVI were Mr. Ren Libo, President of GVI; Mr. Ouyang Wei, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee; Mr. Zhou Rong, Director of the Global South Studies Center; and Ms. Zhang Tingyu, Project Officer of the European Studies Center. From the Embassy of India in Beijing, Mr. Karthik D. Iyer, Political Counsellor, and the Ambassador's Secretary also attended the lunch.
