On March 17–18, 2026, a delegation from the Grandview Institution(GVI) visited the Razumkov Center and the Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF), among other think tanks.

At the Razumkov Center, the GVI delegation held in-depth discussions with Director Yurii Yakymenko and experts from various research departments on topics including Ukraine’s core objective of joining the European Union, its process of integration into the European system, and the construction of Ukraine’s national and ethnic identity.

At the UIF, Co-founder and Executive Director Anatoliy Amelin, together with Anton Gulidin, exchanged views with the GVI delegation on areas of feasible cooperation between China and Ukraine, sectors still constrained by geopolitical factors, and ways to ensure that Chinese investors can enter the Ukrainian market in a more secure and comfortable manner.

The Razumkov Center is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan public policy think tank in Ukraine. Established in 1994 and headquartered in Kyiv, it is one of the country’s most influential independent think tanks, renowned for its high-quality policy analysis, authoritative public opinion surveys, and international perspective. It plays a significant role in Ukraine’s public policymaking, academic research, and international engagement.

The Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF) is dedicated to analyzing domestic and global trends in economic, political, and social development, helping stakeholders understand potential risks and opportunities. Through scenario planning tools, it evaluates possible future pathways and provides a basis for policymaking and corporate strategy, with particular focus on Ukraine’s long-term challenges such as war, reconstruction, and economic transformation.
