On the morning of January 29, a delegation led by Liu Yingfeng, Policy Advisor of the Savantas Policy Institute in Hong Kong, visited the Grandview Institution(GVI). The delegation held discussions with Ren Libo, President of the GVI, along with researcher Zhang Yi and Cai Jing, Director of the Department of External Cooperation at GVI.
Ren Libo briefed the delegation on GVI’s development trajectory, core areas of work, and key research priorities for 2026. Liu Yingfeng reviewed the development of the Savantas Policy Institute, shared its experience in public policy research in Hong Kong, and introduced its approach to advancing policy studies through field research, platform building, and policy recommendations.
The two sides exchanged views on areas of mutual research interest and explored prospects for future cooperation in exchange and joint activities. Both agreed to maintain close communication and to pursue further collaboration in the future.
