On 31 March, Dubrovskaya Anastasia, Director of the Project Bureau of the International Liaison Department at Russian Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and Andrey Siling, Executive Director of the Russian ‘National Technology Initiative’, visited Grandview institution, meeting with Ren Libo, President of Grandview Institution, along with He An, Secretary-General and Director of the South Asia Research Center, Wang Jing, Assistant Researcher at the Institute of Russian, Eastern European, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS), and Guan Xueqing, Grandview Institution researcher, exchanged views on the technological sovereignty, China-Russian technological co-operation, and the construction of technological platforms for BRICS countries.
