Geneva Centre for Security Policy Delegation Visits GVI

On December 13, a delegation led by Ambassador Thomas Greminger, Executive Director of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and former Secretary-General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), visited GVI. The delegation engaged in discussions with GVI representatives on topics such as models for a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire, prospects for the peace process, and the reshaping of the European security framework.

During the meeting, participants addressed the obstacles to achieving a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine conflict at the current stage, as well as the efforts made by various parties to realize a ceasefire. Both sides agreed that key stakeholders must prepare for a range of possible scenarios in the development of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
