SIGNAL Delegation Visits GVI

The Israel-China Academic Exchange Promotion Association (SIGNAL), an Israeli think tank, conducted discussions with Chinese scholars at the Grandview Institution on September 10 regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the Lebanon-Israel conflict.

The meeting was attended by Carice Witte(魏凯丽), the Founder and Executive Director of SIGNAL; Eran Ortal, a retired Brigadier General of the Israel Defence Forces and a military theorist; Joan Steinberg, the Executive Director of Golden Seeds; Guan Yuan(关媛), the Coordinator at SIGNAL; and Zhu Junwei(朱俊玮), the Director of the American Studies Centre at Grandview Institution.
