The Grandview Institution, in partnership with the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the Indian Synergia Foundation, initiated a series of trilateral dialogues involving China, Russia, and India on September 9. The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Eurasian security architecture, the "Shanghai Spirit" and its relevance to the Global South, and the integration of the International North-South Transport Corridor with the Belt and Road Initiative were the primary topics of discussion.
Experts participating in this meeting included Andrey Kortunov, Academic Director of the Russian International Affairs Council, Ivan Safranchuk, Director of the Eurasia Research Center at Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Tobby Simon, President and Founder of the India-based Nitya Foundation, Ouyang Xiangying, a researcher at the Institute of World Economics and Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and He An, Secretary-General of the Grandview Institution and Director of the South Asia Research Center.
