Walmart's Vice President and Her Entourage Visit GVI

On July 5, Allyson Park, Walmart's Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer, and Zhang Teng, Walmart's Senior Director of Chinese Government Affairs, visited GVI and exchanged views with Ren Libo, GVI’s Founder and President, Cao Yuanzheng, Deputy Director of GVI’s Academic Committee, and He An, Secretary General and Director of the Center for South Asian Studies.

The two sides exchanged views on China's macroeconomic situation, China's macroeconomic tools and effects in promoting consumption, as well as the impact of geopolitics (the US-China relationship and the situation in Russia and Ukraine) on China's foreign trade and foreign investment attraction policies.
