Former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun and GVI’s Experts Held a Discussion on Strategic Stability

On the afternoon of March 19, Stephen Biegun, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, and Jonathan Powell, President and Founder of Inter Mediate, a UK-based crisis mediation organization, visited GVI and had a conversation with Zhang Tuosheng, GVI’s Principal Researcher and Director of Center for Northeast Asian Studies, and Xu Weidi, Senior Researchers at GVI and former Professor of National Defense University, on the issue of strategic stability between China and the United States.
