Former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun Joins a Talk on Arms Control at GVI

On the morning of March 19, Stephen Biegun, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, and Jonathan Powell, President and Founder of Inter Mediate, a UK-based crisis mediation organization, with their entourage, visited GVI. They held an insightful discussion on arms control issues with Yao Yunzhu, former Director of the Center for U.S.-China Relations of the Academy of Military Sciences, Li Bin and Wu Riqiang, Professors of Tsinghua University.
