Small Island States' Attitudes on the Blue Economy and the Blue Partnerships

As a preparation report to China-Island Countries Ocean-Related Ministerial Roundtable on September 21, 2017, this research investigates the attitudes and positions of 23 small island states towards the blue economy and the blue partnerships, in order to provide suggestions and countermeasures to seal the Pingtan Declaration successfully.
