Strategic Research on the Development
of Dongxing Pilot Zone under the New National Strategy 2018

The reporting sorts out the strategy intent and supported policies of opening-up policy expanding, boarder development promoting and key pilot zones establishment, and take five pilot zones for example to discuss its characteristic and experience. Besides, the report systematically studied the development practice and exercise in Dongxing Pilot Zone since 2012, and trace the gaps with national strategies and other pilot zones. Finally, the report discussed the current cooperation situation between ASEAN region (practically in Vietnam) and China, describe Vietnam’s development plan need Chinese market, technology and funds.  Combined to the strategic needs of the state, autonomous region and Fangchenggang City, the report proposes improvement measures of Dongxing Pilot Zone in the next stage.
