Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Kyslytsya Holds Discussion with GVI Representatives

On December 18, 2025, Sergiy Kyslytsya, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, held a discussion with Ren Libo, President of the Grandview Institution(GVI); Ouyang Wei, Vice Chair of its Academic Committee; and Mao Jing, Director of the European Studies Center, focusing on issues related to the Russia–Ukraine issue.

Kyslytsya recently took part in a series of diplomatic engagements, including talks involving the United States and Ukraine, as well as meetings among the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany in Geneva, the U.S.–Ukraine talks in Miami, and the U.S.–Ukraine talks in Berlin.

Also attending the discussion were Olexander Nechytaylo, Ambassador of Ukraine to China; Zhanna Leshchynska, Director General of the Asia Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine; Petro Kovganko, Political Counselor at the Embassy of Ukraine in China; and Kyrylo Zaitsev, Second Secretary at the Embassy.
