On November 24, 2025, a German delegation on arms control affairs visited the Grandview Institution(GVI), where they discussed with representatives from Grandview the respective arms control situations and policy positions of Europe and China, as well as pathways for advancing arms control cooperation between China and Europe. The participants also engaged in in-depth exchanges on the recent "28 peace proposal" from the U.S. government to address the Ukraine crisis.
