On 18 June, Suzanne DiMaggio, Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Director of the ‘U.S.-Iran Initiative’ project; Stephen D. Mull, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs and Chief Coordinator of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Implementation Project; and Thomas Zimmerman, Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, former Senior Advisor to the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and Director of the Pacific International Policy Council Project, visited Grandview Institution. They engaged in extensive discussions with Ren Libo, President of Grandview Institution; Zhang Tuosheng, Chief Researcher and Director of the Northeast Asia Research Centre; and Wu Hao, Senior Researcher, on topics including the Middle East situation, U.S.-China relations, the North Korean nuclear issue, and the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
