Former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun Talks about North Korean Issues with GVI’s Experts

On the morning of March 20, Stephen Biegun, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, and Jonathan Powell, President and Founder of Inter Mediate, a U.K.-based crisis mediation organization, along with their entourage, visited GVI and had an in-depth discussion on the North Korean issue with Zhang Tuosheng, GVI’s Principal Researcher and Director of the Center for Northeast Asian Studies, and Ren Libo, its President and Founder. 

Also participating in the dialogue were Ameya Kilara, Senior Program Director of Inter Mediate, Julien Chatel, Program Development Officer of Inter Mediate, Zhu Junwei, Director of the Center for American Studies at GVI, and Yang Xiaotong, Head of Research, the International Cooperation Department at GVI.
