GVI Holds a Seminar with Inter Mediate (UK) on Conflict Mediation and Prevention

On the morning of Aug 22, 2023, Ren Libo, President of GVI, Chen Xiaogong, member of the Advisory Board of GVI, former Vice Commander of the Air Force and former Vice Director of the Central Foreign Affairs Office, and Li Xinyu, Vice Chairman of GVI and Director of its Center for Global Sustainable Development, and Zhu Junwei, Director of GVI’s Center for American Studies held a seminar on conflict mediation and prevention with Stephen Biegun, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, Jonathan Powell, CEO of Inter Mediate (London), an international crisis mediation organization, and Ameya Kilara, Inter Mediate’s Senior Program Director. They had in-depth exchanges of views on the Ukrainian crisis and conflict mediation and prevention.
