Co-Founders of the UK-based Global Stabilization Network Visit GVI with Delegation

On April 29, 2026, Paul Ingram and Sahil Shah, co-founders of the UK-based Global Stabilization Network (GSN), visited Grandview Institution with their delegation. They held exchanges with He Jingjie, Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute of World Economics and Politics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Yi Wushuang, Research Fellow at Grandview Institution; and independent scholar Li Li on such topics as China-Europe supply chain interdependence and strategic stability amid changes in the global order, China-Europe interactions and challenges in investment screening, market access, and regulatory rules, as well as the definition of critical technologies, cooperation in green industries, and the formulation of common standards.
