Former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun Participated in a Dialogue on Russia-Ukraine Crisis at GVI

On the afternoon of March 22, Stephen Biegun, former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, and Jonathan Powell, President and Founder of Inter Mediate, a UK-based crisis mediation organization, along with their entourage, attended a dialogue at GVI with Xu Po-ling, Researcher at the Institute of Russia, East Europe and Central Asia of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and Wu Hao, GVI’s Senior Researcher on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Russia-Ukraine crisis mediation and other issues.

Ameya Kilara, Senior Program Director of Inter Mediate and her colleague, Julien Chatel, Program Development Officer, Ren Libo, President of GVI, Mao Jing, Director of the International Cooperation Department of GVI, and Zhu Junwei, Director of Center for American Studies of GVI took part in the dialogue.
