German Military Attachés in China Visits GVI

On Aug 24, 2023, Rear Admiral Helge Risch, Defense Attaché, Brigadier General Bernhard Altersberger, Defense Attaché, Colonel Matthias Schmidt, Naval Attaché, and Lt. Col. Holger Oswald, Air Force Attaché of the German Embassy in Beijing paid a visit to GVI. Ren Libo, President of GVI, Liu Xiaobo, Director of the Center for Maritime Studies of GVI, and Zhu Junwei, Director of the Center for American Studies of GVI, had frank and in-depth exchanges with them on China-Germany military relations, NATO-related issues, and the Ukraine crisis.
