On March 10th, GVI and the Carter Center jointly held a video conference under the framework of Dialogue Series on China-U.S. economic and trade relations, with the theme of “Is reform of the global trading system possible?"
Liu Yawei, the Carter Center China Project Manager, was the moderator.
