On January 10th, Grandview Institution has held the 9th Grandview Current Situation Lectures of Prospects for Sino-German and Sino-European Relations after the New German Government Takes Office, which given by Rudolf Albert Scharping who was the Former Federal Minister of Defence of Germany.
Ouyang Wei, the Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee and Director of the Borderland Governance Studies Center of Grandview Institution, has taken the chair in the lecture, while Shi Mingde, the Former Chinese Ambassador to Germany, has commented about the views of relations between China-Germany and China-Europe.
